Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho wants Thibaut Courtois at Stamford Bridge next season.
The People says Mourinho is keen to have the big Belgian in his side for the start of the campaign, with Petr Cech's injury tipping the balance.
Courtois has been in terrific form for Atletico Madrid, helping them top La Liga and knock Chelsea out of the Champions League.
The giant youngster is also being linked with a move to Barcelona, but Mourinho wants him back at Chelsea as a key man.
He has told friends he is determined to bring him back.
