Jose Mourinho has blamed the media for claiming he wants to one day join Paris Saint Germain.
The Manchester United manager described the Ligue 1 club as 'special' on French television last week.
However, the Portuguese, who is halfway through his three-year contract with United, says he is not close to signing an extension - but he's also not interested in joining PSG.
"You English media have the answer for that because one day it says I am going to sign a five-year contract for one billion pounds for a season," Mourinho said.
"Then the next day you say that I am leaving and going to Paris Saint-Germain.
"The answer is that nothing is happening. I am not signing a new five-year contract and I am not leaving for Paris Saint-Germain.
"I am at Manchester United. I have a contract and that is it. My answer was that I wouldn't end my career at United - after that some people tried to be clever, tried to be malicious. The reality is simple: I didn't sign a new contract but I'm not thinking of leaving too."
