Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho feels winning the Premier League title will take his young players to a new level.

The majority of Chelsea's squad have never won an English championship, with first team regulars like Eden Hazard, Oscar, Gary Cahill, Cesar Azplicueta and Willian all arriving in the last few years.

Mourinho, who agrees that it is a tough psychological barrier to overcome, said: "There have been so many fantastic players with fantastic careers in the Premier League and they never won a Premier League. That is part of the game and part of the difficulty to win.

"It is very, very difficult, but every (Chelsea) player has that ambition to win big titles and the Premier League is a big title for them. We are going for it. We are still far, but we are closer than ever."
