Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has no interest in playing in the Europa League this season.
The Blues won the second-string Europa League under Rafa Benitez last term, but the Special One does not want a repeat.
He said: "I don't want to play in the Europa League with a Champions League club. It is a matter of personal pride to me.
"Chelsea are a Champions League team - and I don't like the idea that the third-placed teams should drop into another competition.
"We will need 12 points to make sure we qualify for the last 16, so we cannot afford to lose or maybe not even draw.
"When I was at Inter Milan and we won the Champions League we had to win our fourth group match or we would have been out, so I know what pressure is all about.
"It is important that we are focused and we perform because after the Basel result there is not much room for more mistakes."
