Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is a big fan of young midfielder Bertrand Traore.
Traore is set for his second season on-loan at Dutch partners Vitesse Arnhem.
"Traore does not play in England, because he has no visa", explained Mourinho. "Otherwise, he would already be playing with us.
"Bertrand must now ensure that he plays enough international matches with Burkina Faso (in order to qualify for a UK work permit)."
Traore featured for Vitesse in last night's friendly defeat to his parent club.
