Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is ready to stick with his pledge to youth this season.
The Sunday Mirror says Mourinho has asked for extensive scouting reports and DVDs for all of Chelsea's best prospects and has told the coaching staff he is determined to blood more young players.
He is keeping a particularly close eye on Nathaniel Chalobah, 18, with Chelsea keen to tie him to a long-term deal with Arsenal hovering if the England U21 midfielder should become available.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Nathan Ake, Milan Lalkovic and Jamal Blackman are also seen as big prospects at Stamford Bridge.
