Jose Mourinho has reportedly agreed a three-year deal with Manchester United.
BBC Sports is of the belief that the Portuguese has come to an agreement with the Old Trafford outfit but is still yet to sign any contract.
However, Sky Sports is suggesting that the 53-year-old has indeed put pen to paper with the Red Devils.
Whatever the intricate details are, it is expected that Mourinho will be officially unveiled by United on Friday after reports indicated the deal would have been done earlier in the week.
The Sky report states that Mourinho concluded discussions at a London hotel on Thursday afternoon before returning home with documents and a bottle of red wine in hand while sporting a black and red tie.
The BBC believes that no contract has been signed but the former Chelsea boss will lay down his signature on Friday.
The finalisation of the contract has been held up due to Mourinho's image rights, which were held by Chelsea, but negotiations regarding that issue have been completed and the deal is now on the verge of being signed off.
