Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho admits they CAN win the Premier League title this season.
But he qualified his claim by insisting it is Manchester City's title to lose.
"We can," he conceded, before qualifying his statement with: "If they lose it.
"I think City is an amazing team, while Arsenal have been working for many years on the evolution of that team.
"What we're doing this season, Arsenal have been doing for four, five, six years. So I think we're not the favourites."
