Motta delighted with Inter Milan brace in Bologna win

Inter Milan midfielder Thiago Motta was pleased with his brace in their 3-0 win over Bologna.

The Nerazzurri had dropped to second place for 10 minutes this afternoon, but victory maintains their one-point lead over Roma.

"I am happy, but not just for my brace, as the whole team put in a great performance and the three points were very important," said the midfielder.

"I liked my second goal the best, as it was a team move and those are always better. I just had to be in the right place at the right time to meet Dejan Stankovic's pass.

"The victory also allows us to face the second leg of the Champions League quarter-final at CSKA Moscow with peace of mind on Tuesday.

"As for Serie A, we must continue like this with the same level of concentration, because Roma and Milan are strong. If we don't drop points, they can't catch us.

"Every game from here to the end of the season is like a Cup Final."
