Former Spartak Moscow midfielder Alexander Mostovoi can't see his old team overcoming Liverpool tonight.
Liverpool are in Russia for their Champions League clash with Spartak.
Mostovoi told Izvestia: "Spartak has little chance to take away points from Liverpool - it's too strong an opponent
"Perhaps, it is worth playing more closed football and try to look for happiness in counterattacks. I do not see anything wrong with such tactics - so many are now playing that way. As for the lost victories at the end of Spartak's games, I think it's not about the physical state of the players, but in psychology. This is a very big problem, which the team needs to solve as soon as possible."
