Victor Moses says Chelsea boss Antonio Conte's constant badgering is driving his form.

Moses was named PFA Fans' Player of the Month in November and has started every match of Chelsea's current eight-game winning streak.

He admits Conte is always dishing out instructions from the touchline to help him out.

Moses told the London Evening Standard: “I'm pleased to have him. He is very passionate about the game. Obviously everyone's seen him on the touchline. The way he reacts and stuff, we as players like it. It motivated us to actually do well and work hard for him.

“He is constantly in my ears just to make sure I'm doing the right thing and in the right position."
