"I think it can be very positive if there is a financial boost for the club," Morrow told PA Sport. "I was very disappointed that David Dein left. He is someone I have a lot of respect for and I think that is a big loss."
Kroenke owns several US sports teams - including the Colorado Rapids of MLS - and having watched his work there, Morrow does not think his style should cause a problem in the Arsenal boardroom.
"I don't think he has a great deal of input on the soccer side but he's a very wealthy guy and I think it could be a good fit for both sides," he said.
