West Bromwich Albion midfielder James Morrison insists there's no reason to panic after defeat to Tottenham.

Morrison is confident his side will have no relegation fears this season if they maintain the level of performance shown against Spurs.

He said: "It is a fine line between the top teams and the mid-table and bottom teams.

"It's 1-1 and one minute we are on the attack, the next minute the ball is in our net. Fair play to Tottenham. It was a great goal from Defoe but we can hold our heads up high.

"If we keep playing like that, we will be all right this season. Early on in the season we weren't picking up points and not passing the ball like we can. But the lads seem confident at the moment."
