Blackpool have confirmed the signing of Morocco international Salaheddine Sbai from French club Nimes. The 25-year-old left-back has agreed a deal until the end of the season with the option of a further year.
An article on the club's official website read: "Blackpool FC can confirm Moroccan international Salaheddine Sbai has put pen to paper on a deal until the end of the season with an option for a further year.
The Seasiders are also in talks with Plymouth's Onismor Bhasera over a loan move to Bloomfield Road, according to the League One club.
The loan deal would see the full-back initially join Blackpool until the end of the season with the Seasiders having the option of signing the Zimbabwean on a permanent basis at the end of that period.
The Argyle boss Peter Reid confirmed Bhasera's exit would benefit the cash-stricken club. "He's up there at the moment," Reid said.
"From what I've been told that should go through. We get a fee on that as well, which helps what we're trying to do in the terms of paying the tax man."
