Southampton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin says new manager Mauricio Pochettino isn't looking to change things immediately.

The Argie began his Saints reign with a 0-0 draw against Everton last night.

"Everyone is behind the new coaching staff and the new gaffer, and tonight we showed that," Schneiderlin told Saints Player after an industrious midfield showing.

"He said to us that he didn't want to change too many things tonight because he didn't want us to try to learn too many things too quickly.

"We put in a good shift and I think we could have won the game, so I'm sure we will win some more games if we keep playing like that."
