Wolves want to bring Chelsea defender Michael Mancienne back to the club.
Mancienne enjoyed a successful loan spell at Molineux last season.
And speaking with the Express & Star, Morgan confirmed Wolves would welcome back Mancienne, but explained that Chelsea had to decide whether they want to keep the player first.
