More Portsmouth players to follow Diarra out of Fratton Park

More Portsmouth players could follow Lassana Diarra out of Fratton Park in January.

The Times says Tony Adams knew that he had to cut the wage bill when he replaced Harry Redknapp in October and although he wants to sign at least two players next month, he may have to raise funds by selling some prized assets, such as Jermain Defoe and Peter Crouch.

There are also question marks about the futures of David Nugent, Sol Campbell, Lauren, Kanu and Nadir Belhadj.
