More peaceful protests planned by Everton supporters group

A second peaceful protest is being organised by Everton supporters' group The Blue Union for this weekend. The union say they have been given clearance by Merseyside Police to march prior to Saturday's Premier League game against Wolves.

A statement read: "The Blue Union has heard the message loud and clear from Evertonians that we must ensure our voices continue to be heard, and that the pressure remains on until the future of one of the giants of British football is secured and the ownership of our club rests in more capable hands.

"As it was back in September, the message to Bill Kenwright and his fellow directors will remain, 'Let Go If You Love The Club'."
