Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson insists their Champions League chances tonight do not hinge on Wayne Rooney and Cristiano Ronaldo only performing at their best.
"Rooney and Ronaldo are young and I suppose a lot of their big future is ahead of them," he admitted. "In terms of their ability, their nerve and their courage to play there are few better. Wednesday night is a great challenge for them.
"But it's a challenge for every one of our players and we can't look to depend on two young lads as our saviours. I will be relying on all eleven players to see us through and that gives us a massive chance."
