More than 60,000 tickets sold for Seattle Sounders’ clash with San Jose

Seattle Sounders have sold more than 60,000 tickets for this weekend’s MLS meeting with San Jose Earthquakes.

The match marks the final home game for veteran goalkeeper Kasey Keller and it has been confirmed that ticket sales have now topped the 60,000-mark.

A Twitter post on the Sounders’ official page read: “Tickets sold for Saturday's match have now surpassed 60,000: 60,076. Limited tickets still available for purchase at http://sndrs.com/b3xl”

Seattle, placed second on the Western Conference table, host eighth-placed San Jose at CenturyLink Field on Saturday.
