Inter Milan plan to use Leonardo as key in reviving a bid for Real Madrid midfielder Kaka. Mediaset says with Inter about to cut loose coach Rafa Benitez, president Massimo Moratti will appoint ex-AC Milan coach Leonardo as his replacement and use the Brazilian's influence to revive a bid to bring Kaka back to the San Siro.
Moratti is prepared to do business in January and will include Douglas Maicon in his offer.
After so much tension this season, Moratti is anxious to hand a gift to Inter fans with the Brazilian double of Kaka and Leonardo in the New Year - which also would go a long way to silencing the taunts from the Rossoneri over the success of Zlatan Ibrahimovic this term.
