The Nerazzurri have landed two major players so far in the form of David Suazo and Cristian Chivu, who both looked impressive in the friendly win over Manchester United on Wednesday.

"They did very well, just like everybody else. Even the young players who came in for the second half were very good," Moratti told local network Telelombardia.

"As to the summer market, our campaign has certainly come to an end. I did meet transfer consultant Marco Branca, but only to wish him happy holidays. We are not planning any further operations."
