Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti says any club sale must include guarantees of funding a new stadium.
Indonesian billionaire Erick Thohir is apparently ready to pay up to 300m for the Beneamata, as well as providing a further 100m to invest on new players.
"The new stadium is important," Moratti replied when asked how decisive that aspect was to investor talks.
