Massimo Moratti says he'll stay involved with Inter Milan after stepping down as president.

Although Moratti has passed the baton, he has been named as the Honorary President of a club which his father Angelo also owned.

"Being Honorary President myself and my son being Vice-President is still important to us," he said.

"It will allow us to remain close to the team and the club, while respecting the roles of those coming in."
