Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti admits the injury suffered by Walter Samuel in Sunday's derby may force them into the winter market.
"Frankly, if we're talking about the midfield, I do not see any reason to change things," said Moratti. "However, the injury suffered by Samuel may force us to think about a replacement.
"I'll talk about it with (director) Marco Branca. I don't think it will be an Italian player, probably someone foreign. Ideally, we'd like him to be able to play in the Champions League."
