Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti has revealed he recently contacted Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho but stressed it was not about the managerial role at the San Siro.
The Portuguese tactician is likely to leave Madrid in the summer but Moratti stated that there will be no Nerazzurri return for Mourinho who is being targeted by Chelsea.
"Mourinho loves this club and had great experiences with Inter, but these aren't the right conditions for any return," Moratti said regarding speculation of Mourinho coming back to Inter.
"There was no solid contact - I only sent him a text out of courtesy, not for projects with the job or anything like that."
