Erick Thohir must agree a 'fans clause' with Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti to complete his shareholding purchase this month.Gazzetta dello Sport says negotiations with Moratti are now at the final stages, but the Indonesian billionaire needs to agree to funding the team's transfer policy for the next three years.
Moratti wants guarantee from Thohir that he'll continue to invest in the squad in order to satisfy fans and keep Inter at the elite level of Italian and European football.
Thohir is aiming to buy a 70 per cent stake in the club this month.
