Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti hopes to keep hold of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Douglas Maicon. "As of today there have not been any convincing proposals," Moratti said.

Earlier this week, Ibrahimovic gave an interview to Swedish newspaper Expressen in which he spoke of his desire to stay in Nerazzurro.

He also said he had taken himself off the market.

"Yes, I read that interview. Even to me it seems like a rapprochement," Moratti explained. "At times it's the agents who remote control the players.

"If we stay like this [with Ibrahimovic and Maicon] we are in effect very strong."
