Former Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti supports their pursuit of Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure. Inter coach Roberto Mancini has confirmed he wants to sign the Ivorian this summer.

Moratti remarked: "Mancini has a strong character and is very professional, I rely on him to have hope.

"(President Erick) Thohir is taking on so much and the two together should bring results.

"Yaya Touré? He will give us something, I do not think he'll remain at a low level."
