Moore delighted for Derby debut youngster Addison

Darren Moore was delighted to see Derby teammate Miles Addison make his Premiership debut in Saturday's defeat at Blackburn Rovers.

Moore believes Addison has got what it takes to become a "real name" in football following his Premier debut.

"It was a long overdue (Premier League) debut," Moore told the Derby Telegraph.

"For someone so young, 19, to make his debut at the Premier League level should, hopefully, send signals to him that he's got the ability and, if he wants to, he can make a real name for himself in the game.

"For me, he's ready.

"He's worked extremely hard in training and the gaffer's given him his chance.

"I think he can come out of it with his head held high because he performed well against two very, very good strikers."
