West Brom interim manager Darren Moore has brought in former Bradford team-mate Wayne Jacobs into his setup in a bid to help the struggling club avoid relegation this season.
During his playing career, Jacobs spent 11-years with Bradford and went on to make more than 300 appearances for the club.
Other clubs which Jacobs represented during his playing days include Sheffield Wednesday, Hull City, Rotherham United and Halifax Town.
The 49-year-old now joins the Baggies on a temporary basis and his duties will involve overseeing the side on training days and on match days.
