Iain Moody is delighted with his move to Crystal Palace.
Moody recently left Cardiff City - where he was in charge of Cardiff's scouting network - and has been named Palace sporting director.
Moody said: "I am very excited by this opportunity I have been offered and would like to thank the club for their faith in me.
