Montpellier striker Olivier Giroud has poured cold water over talk that he had come to an agreement with Arsenal.
The 25-year old France international has emerged as a very strong target for the Gunners with recent reports suggesting he was set to make the move to North London this summer after the two clubs agreed a transfer fee.
But Giroud was quick to point out that he had not yet pledged his allegiance to the Premier League giants.
"I have not signed for Arsenal," Giroud told RMC Sport when asked about his future following France's 2-0 loss to Sweden last night.
