Fiorentina boss Vincenzo Montella was pleased with their attitude for last night's 1-1 draw at Europa League opponents Dynamo Kiev.
Khouma Babacar struck a last gasp equaliser in the first-leg clash.
"I liked the way the team played, with great hunger and consistency, creating so many chances with soul and desire," Montella told Mediaset.
"I think this is a very important draw, as we achieved it with all our main characteristics - pace, technique, pride and sacrifice.
"I would've been very angry if we'd lost this game, but the team never stopped believing. The goal we conceded was fortuitous and down to a deflection.
"At half-time the team was angrier than I was. I tried to relax them, give them patience to turn this around and continue playing without getting stretched out or hasty.
"If we had conceded another on the counter-attack, it would've been an unacceptable blow."
