AS Roma coach Vincenzo Montella is staying calm over new contract talks.
Montella remains unbeaten in Serie A since replacing Claudio Ranieri and Roma are considering a more permanent contract.
"I think a Coach should be evaluated every day by many people within the club. My work is judged by what I achieve on the field, which includes the training field and not just the pitch you play on.
"I don't think the position in the table is all you require to judge a Coach. One can go in or out of the Champions League by a single point."
