Arsenal left-back Nacho Monreal has named his compatriot Santi Cazorla as one of his best friends at the North London club.
Both players had played together for Malaga and in the Spanish national team before they joined the Gunners.
"I knew Santi because he played for Recreativo Huelva and Villarreal, but we obviously played in the national team before we both joined Malaga," Monreal told the Arsenal Weekly Podcast.
"I've probably been playing with him for the last six or seven years. Four and a half years at Arsenal, one at Malaga and then before that for the national team.
"We've been playing together for the last six or seven years, so we are really connected and have a good relationship, me with him and his wife with my wife.
"He is probably one of my best friends in football."
