Arsenal's Spain pair Santi Cazorla and Nacho Monreal may not make the Premier League kickoff.
The Sun says the Spaniards have been given extra time off by boss Arsene Wenger because they featured in the Confederations Cup in Brazil, which finishes tonight with Spain's final against the hosts.
The rest of Arsenal's players report to training on Thursday before flying out the following week for a four-game tour of Asia.
But Cazorla and Monreal will not have to report until early August.
It remains unlikely they will be fit enough for the League opener against Aston Villa on August 17.
