Monk confident Swansea won't allow season to tail off

Swansea City captain Garry Monk has called on teammates not to allow their season to tail off.

Monk is confident no-one inside the locker room are already planning for their summer hols.

"It's very rarely we lost two games in a row if you go back and look at the history of the club over the last few years," said Monk.

"But it's important now we don't lose any more than two. The effort's there, so it's a question of mentality.

"But everyone wants to make sure we don't let the season fade out and we finish as high as we can. We want to make sure we do consolidate our position in the top 10 and we're determined not to let it peter out."
