Despite defeat to Sheffield United last week, Newcastle reserves boss Richard Money was delighted to give Aussie teenager Brad Inman his chance. He said: "The team that we had out against Sheffield United was the youth team.

"So we were up against it. There were some positives as Brad Inman and James Tavernier had a good half-hour's work.

"And the performance in the second half was better."
