Nene has declared he wants to make his loan move at Espanyol into a permanent deal.

The Brazilian winger is on-loan from Monaco and can be signed for £5 million. He said: "If it were up to me, I would like to continue with Espanyol.

"I said when I arrived I wanted to have a good season here. I came to Espanyol happy and motivated and intended to help a lot, and the truth is that I find myself very happy."
