AS Monaco are willing to meet Newcastle United's asking price for Hatem Ben Arfa.
The Daily Star says Monaco have spent £60m on Porto duo Joao Moutinho and James Rodriguez and are set to blow Chelsea and Manchester City out of the water with a £51m swoop for Atletico Madrid hitman Radamel Falcao.
Ben Arfa is next on their list, according to reports in France, and Newcastle's £18m valuation will not put them off.
