Monaco waiting to pounce for Man Utd fullback Evra

AS Monaco are waiting to pounce for Manchester United fullback Patrice Evra.

The Daily Star Sunday says the France defender, 32, moved to Old Trafford seven years ago.

But new United boss David Moyes' bid for Everton left-back Leighton Baines has forced the issue.

Evra's wife Sandra is also keen on a move.

Monaco owner, billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev, will pay £5million for the defender.
