AS Monaco vice-president Vadim Vasilyev is delighted with their swoop for Chelsea prospect Jonathan Panzo.

ASM management is convinced they've pulled off a coup in signing the England youth international.

Vasilyev said, "We are delighted to welcome Jonathan Panzo to AS Monaco. He is a player of the future who has distinguished himself by his skills in the national team and with the youth teams of Chelsea FC.
