Bologna defender Andrea Raggi is set to move to France.
AS Monaco are swooping for the 31 year-old Bosman, offering him a two-year deal worth €1.2 million-a-season.
Bologna offered the player a new three-year deal worth 550,000 a season, but Raggi instead asked for a four-year agreement.
