Lacina Traore has been granted a work permit allowing him to join Everton on loan.
The 23-year old Ivory Coast striker joined French club AS Monaco from Russian outfit Anzhi Makhachkala earlier this month but is now expected to spend the rest of the season at Goodison Park.
The Toffees had applied for a work permit recently and reports suggest the Merseyside club has now received the necessary visa which will allow Traore to join Chelsea loanee Romelu Lukaku in attack for Roberto Martinez's side.
