Monaco striker Kylian Mbappe has sparked Manchester City transfer rumours.

The Mirror says Mbappe has fuelled speculation over a move to City after tweeting a picture of himself with Blues winger Leroy Sane.

Benjamin Mendy, who made the move from Monaco to Manchester earlier this season, then replied to the tweet to send City fans into overdrive.

The French forward, who featured in Monaco's 3-2 win over Toulouse on Friday night, jetted over to England the next day to participate in a promotional event.

Sane was also in Manchester for the event following City's 3-0 pre-season win over West Ham in Iceland.
