Monaco striker Frederic Nimani is delighted at being linked with a move to Burnley. Nimani has been frustrated by his lack of starting appearances for Monaco this season and has been tipped for a January switch to England.
It is unclear whether new Clarets boss Brian Laws would be keen on Nimani, but the powerful forward is hoping for a chance to move to England.
"I am not happy to be on the bench," said Nimani, "but I am 21 years old and I have time on my side.
"I have only started two games this season and played in eight games.
"I have heard about Burnley and that would be a fantastic opportunity for a young player like me.
"I am waiting to see what will happen in the transfer window."
