The 23 year-old was linked with a loan move to English Premier League club Wigan Athletic earlier this week but Monaco are set to offer around £1.6million million for his services.
"We received a request from AS Monaco on Saturday that they wanted to finalise terms with Park in France," FC Seoul said in a press release.
"After agreeing terms, Park will take a medical."
