Monaco's Twitter feed were attacked by a cocky Arsenal in the lead-up to Wednesday night's Champions League Round of 16 first leg. The Gunners took to the social networking site to try and unsettle the French side with Tweets full of confidence but it had an adverse effect as Leonardo Jardim's side won 3-1 at the Emirates Stadium.
In a series of Tweets, Arsenal continually looked to talk down to Monaco but Les Rouges et Blancs were classy with their responses and eventually had the last laugh as Geoffrey Kondogbia, Dimitar Berbatov and Yannick Ferraira-Carrasco put them in a strong position for the return leg at the Stade Louis II in three weeks' time.
