Robert Navarro has decided to quit Barcelona for AS Monaco.
The teenage attacker is rated the best young player in Barca's youth system, but he will leave when his contract expires at the end of this month.
Sport says Navarro has agreed to move to ASM and will undergo a medical in July.
The striker has agreed a three-year contract with the option for another two years.
Manchester City were chasing Navarro, but chose to pull back over FIFA concerns regarding youth recruitment. Arsenal, via former Barca chief Raul Sanllehi, also made a late pitch to Navarro's camp.
But he has now committed to signing for Monaco next month.
